1998 BUDGET
*The annual meeting EXPENSE on average is $30,000. On average $ 35,000 INCOME is generated. The average gain is $5,000. **Publishing at the rate of two issues per year. ***This includes costs of renewals, computer supplies and postage. ****E-mail is high because there is no local server where I live. All calls are toll calls. I am looking into less expensive alternatives. *****The loan originally made to me to purchase the computer will be paid back to me. The computer is now ADPCA property. This budget comes at the request of those attending the Business Focused Community meeting in Boston, May 98. It was created by taking the average costs over the past four years. This is a first snap shot of the expected costs for this year starting July 1 1998. I will publish a more detailed Budget and Balance sheet in a upcoming Renaissance.
