Carl Rogers - his theory. This is a cold, clinical description of the approach. It's rather like someone describing a sun rise, but he wants to be objective, so he keeps the word beautiful out of it. (Written prior to Sep 1997)

Center for Interpersonal Growth

Since 1978, the Center for Interpersonal Growth has been committed to the application of the person-centered approach. Our training program was co-founded with Carl Rogers in 1980 and included Carl as a staff member until his death in 1987. Our training continues with core staff members' Peggy Natiello and Curtis Graf .  They offer annual residential trainings in the southwest United States. (July 2000)
